We stand behind every recycled and remanufactured lighting assembly we sell. We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery.

All returns must be issued an RMA.

We require an OEM part number prior to purchase to ensure compatibility – we will only send a part that matches the part number provided at checkout. Returns due to non-compatibility or parts no longer needed will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses in the event of buyer error.

Redline Auto must be made aware of damage or quality issues within 5 business days of the part being delivered or we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.

Redline Auto issues prepaid return shipping labels for every return. These labels will expire after 7 calendar days and will not be reissued.

All returns must be returned in their original packaging and must be delivered back to us in the same condition as received. Redline Auto reserves the right to refuse a refund on items returned damaged due to insufficient packaging in return shipping.

Credits will be issued within 48 hours of delivery back to our warehouse.

Warranty

Redline Auto offers a one year warranty from the date of purchase for any and all moisture and electrical issues.

Redline Auto does NOT warranty bulbs or externally mounted modules unless explicitly stated.

Redline Auto does not cover any labor or diagnostic expenses.

Redline Auto requires payment up front for first time customers unless an explicit exception is made

Charge accounts are offered for repeat customers. Statements are issued on the first business day of the month and are on Net 30 terms.

A late fee of 10 percent per month will apply to late payments.
